Configuring Carwise.com Preferences

Opening this form provides the ability for you to allow consumers to directly book appointments using Carwise. Carwise computes your available schedule based off your CCC ONE settings for store hours, appointment slots, estimator schedules, and availability. You can customize this by choosing to show more or less than the default value.

To configure Carwise.com preferences

1. Login to cccone.com.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Carwise Profile.
4. Click Online estimating/repair appointments with Carwise.
5. Calendar Flexibility: Select Flexible, Exact, or Strict.
   • Flexible - This setting allows multiple appointments to be booked per time slot.
   • Exact - This setting allows one appointment per available estimator per time slot.
   • Strict - This setting allows only one appointment to be booked per time slot regardless of estimator schedule.
6. Click Save.
